Rosetta L. Thompson


Rosetta Thompson gained over 9 years of immigration experience while working for U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) and has over 20 years of legal experience. Her diverse background and depth of knowledge brings a unique perspective to immigration matters. The former USCIS branch chief and immigration services officer uses her vast immigration experience to provide professional legal service with diligence and integrity.

During her time as an immigration services officer, Rosetta was in charge of reviewing and approving applications for U.S. citizenship, permanent residence, family-based visas, travel documents, etc. Through her work with USCIS, she became intimately familiar with both immigration law and the standards used to judge immigration applications and petitions. Rosetta is licensed to practice law in the states of Arizona and Maryland. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and actively participates in the community by representing pro bono clients petitioning to adopt children and providing general legal advice through the Volunteer Lawyers Program.
